I haven't received the confirmation for my hotelbreak reservation, what can I do?

The confirmation email takes very little time to be sent. If you have not received it, please follow these steps:

Check if your credit card has been charged (if not, the experience has not been booked and you will have to try again).
Check your Junk or Spam folder.

If you have paid the reservation and the confirmation is not in spam, write us at info@hotelbreak.com, indicating the email you have used for the reservation. We will check for errors and resend you the confirmation email.
