How to Cancel or Modify a Hotelbreak Booking

I need to cancel my booking. What can I do?



To cancel your reservation, please, contact us at info@hotelbreak.com, indicating your reservation number. You can also contact us via chat, Messenger, or Instagram.

Once your reservation is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the same payment method used. If you paid for your experience, either fully or partially, with wallet credit, we will refund the amount to your wallet, and you can use it on a future booking.

Until when can I cancel my reservation for free?


Most reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the day of the experience. For example, if your experience is booked on July 22nd, you can cancel no later than 8:00 am on July 21st.

Some hotels may have different cancellation policies, requiring more advance notice or being non-refundable. You can find the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation in your confirmation email.


Can I modify my Hotelbreak booking?



Yes!
To change the date of your reservation, please contact info@hotelbreak.com or write us through the chat or the social networks Messenger or Instagram with your reservation information.

We will ask you for the reservation locator and the new date.

You will also be able to modify the number of participants by adding or removing people from the reservation.

Please note that the price may change. In case of a higher price, we will charge the difference to the credit card you used to make the reservation. In case of a negative difference, we will refund the difference to your wallet.

You can change your reservation free of charge up to 24h before the day of the experience, or as indicated in your booking confirmation.
