Can I delete my hotelbreak account?
Yes, you can. But, please, be informed that the deletion will be final and cannot be undone.
If you delete your hotelbreak.com account, you will lose all information, including your booking history, your favorites and all the benefits you may have generated (wallet credit, friend invitations…). Your reviews will be unpublished and will no longer be visible.
You can only cancel your account if you meet the following requirements:
You have no future bookings.
Your last reservation has been enjoyed more than 90 days before the account cancellation.
If you meet these requirements and want to cancel the account, please write to info@hotelbreak.com, indicating your intention and we will try to handle your request within 7 days.
